WHere is an easy take on a drink from our latest cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that's loaded with the tastes of a festive period, rendering it ideal for your celebration. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for brunch beverages, puddings, or to mix another batch of the drink.

Serves 10 servings
For the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
To prepare the Cordial: Place every ingredients inside a pan, bring to a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the burner and let it to cool completely. Transfer into a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it chilled, it will last for up to a month.
For the Premix: Mix all the liquid ingredients in a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, making it perfectly clear.
For serving: Pour 85ml of the premix to a stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to cool it down. Filter into an frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
